Shipping and Delivery

Airfreight
Probobaly the fastest but also the most expensive way to get your goods back home. We can arrange full service pickup from your Supplier right through to the airport in your home town. Prices are based on Volume and weight per Kg.

LCL
Less than Container Loads. This is a great way of sending your goods back home if its not a full container load and if you don't require them urgently. With this method we advise you to purchase addidtional insurance as the goods can be loaded and unloaded up to 3-5 times before it reaches your destination. Goods such as Glass and Stone can not be insured here but please check in your home city about addidtional shipping insurance for these items. Prices vary per destination but generally include all Document fees and Fumigation costs for point of destination. Prices are based on cubic meters rather than weight.

FCL
Full Container Load - FCL Shipments are available in 20ft (30cbm), 40ft (62cbm), and 40ft high cube (72cbm). These containers are subject to considerably less handling as they are loaded generally at the Cargo warehouse or at the manufacturers in Indonesia and unpacked at your home or warehouse. International shipping costs change regularly. Current rates to a particular destination can be given upon contacting us at sourcing@indonesian-sourcing.com You are of course free to use your own broker if you so choose and we would be happy to assist with that in anyway possible.


Terms and Conditions

Minimum Orders
Minimum order for Handicraft and Homewares is $3000.00 USD. Orders less than $3000.00 USD are subject to a USD$125 order fee exclusive of shipping costs.

Pricing
All pricing is quoted on per container basis. Should your order be less than a container a handling fee of USD $125 will be charged. All Images and prices shown on this website are indicative only and will be confirmed when sending us an order inquiry or placing an order.

Payment Terms
We accept three main forms of payment: 1. Cash up front 50% on placing your order 50% upon pickup from supplier 2. Western Union Money Transfer 50% payment upon placing your order. 50% payment upon pickup from the supplier. 3. International Bank Transfers 50% payment upon placing your order. 50% payment upon pickup from the supplier. Please note that we will not place any orders with suppliers until all deposits have been paid.

Production Time Frames
As a general standard, allow 4-6 weeks production time for most items i.e.: Homewares handicraft, for furniture we stipulate a minimum of 10 weeks on wooden furniture items, and one week to allow for collection, quality control processes, packing, and loading of the goods. Quality Control
This is the most important part of our collection process, We have a zero tollerance for any faulty product that is sent from the suppliers. Should we find imperfections or breakages in your items we will reject it on your behalf from the supplier and advise you accordingly. If stocks are available we will replace immediately for you or on your notifictaion we will back order the item for your next container. Our staff are very stringent and specific on this process to ensure you get it what you ordered.

Warranties
As your agent we take all care and no responsibility for any issues for your product once it has left our hands, We will however take these issues to the supplier and try our best for replacement stock providing you can give us good photographic evidence, please note that it is generally accepted when exporting these are the risks you take. Communication is the key factor at all times to ensure that the quality is maintained in your orders if you have issues.

Invoicing
All invoicing will be issued from Indonesia from PT Indonesian-sourcing. 1 Invoice per shipment will be supplied for export purposes and this invoice will be given to the export shipping company, who will then issue a Shipping invoice for your countries Customs and Quarantine departments.
